At the moment i'm working at a call centre, and we use a computer for the whole shift, now my wrist on the arm that i use the mouse with like where my wrist rests on the table feels really sensetive to the touch, almost like its got heavy bruising and that sensetive feeling you get when you blow on it, anyone have any idea what this is? As im sure its a common problem for people who use a computer all day?

Yea i thought it would be something like that, getting a pads not really a practical option, i only work there 4 hours a day for 3 days and we dont have set stations, just sit wherever... i'll just have to try to hold my wrists off the table and rest on my forearms or something.

Bring a gel pad with you (you can buy them separately) or wrap your wrists in a tensor.
