I have the RS120's which are a level up and have great sound imo. Sennheiser does make very nice headphones and are one of the few that make decent wireless headsets. The RS120 lets it recharge through the headphone using the docking station which is nice, the RS110 iirc requires batteries so it'll have a little bit of upkeep. If the sound is the same then it's a pretty decent deal, I got my RS120's for ~70 last winter, ~80 after tax/shipping
