Quality is excellent (way better then my Plantronics Audio 70's), comfortable too. The microphone quality is excellent (people noticed a big different on ventrilo and ingame (CS mostly with sv_quality 5 and ingame codec changed)

I did have to RMA them once. I had a problem with the wire, the sound was cutting in and out so I had to RMA it, got a replacement within 2 weeks. (Their HQ is in Connecticut and I'm in SoCal)

I'd definately purchase one, but I just spent ~450 on 2 PSP's (well not yet, but once they release it and it ships)

/// edit ///
They even fit great over my glasses :)

Yes, very nice find - Amazon's listing them at $43. My headset broke recently so I was in the market for a new pair anyway. Good timing, thanks OP!

check resellerratings.com first. I own these headphones as well. I paid $35 for them about a year ago and I like them. Very comfortable and they're great for gaming. If the ratings were better I'd get a second pair.

I've never used something like this before, can someone tell me if the microphone works if you plug them into the headset jack on the remote of the Creative Lab speakers?

Wow, the resellerratings look pretty horrible. I still took the plunge as well. I work at a place that always orders through PCMallGov, their site for government and educational orders and I've never had a problem. I've got a sales rep that I call and talk to every time, nicest guy I've ever talked to on the phone.

I used to be a hardcore gamer, cashing out at many CPL's and WCG's for Counter-Strike. I've used all the Plantronics headphones, 70-90's and even DSP-500. Currently I own a pair of Sennheiser pc150's which is the same thing as the pc140 except the different band style. And all I gotta say is Sennheiser is way better quality than plantronics, even the DSP's. Sennheiser has been making professional audio mics and headphones for so long now. If you really wanna hear quality headphones try their high end stuff. As far as computer gaming goes, these are an awesome pair of headphones, and at that price you can't beat, i wish mine were that cheap. BTW this is the only review you need on these headphones

Do these use the USB connector? It doesn't say on the page. If it is USB, I'll order some.

thanks.
