I had 650's back in the day. They were pretty good (love my 280's more tho). Ruined all of my MP3's tho...I had no idea what people were talking about when they mentioned MP3 pops, static, and other noises until I got the 650's on my ears
HD600 are great, very accurate, very neutral, very much needs something good to drive them. Cheap thing that works is to wire up current liming resistors and hook up to the B speaker outputs on a receiver.

Still amazed at how expensive these are... I somehow got my HD 580s around 10 years ago for $130. If the 600-650s would get a bit lower I'd consider changing at some point.
Sennheiser headphones are amazing. I bought one of their low-end sets on ridiculous discount from Circuit City back in the day and couldn't believe the difference between them and every other pair of headphones I had ever had. Such clear bass.
