What I really want is an inexpensive headset and I've narrowed it down to 2 of the above. Having a mic is not really a need, I've a Turtle Beach for that. Quality of sound is of utmost priority especially for movies and games maybe(Singleplayer missions only or in Racing). From what I've heard, Sennheiser one has a really weak & thin wire. That's why I'm looking at Plantronics. I've used Roccat and Logitech before, but this time I wanna try something new.

Any input is highly appreciated. :)

EDIT: A friend of mine is suggesting Creative HS800 Fatal1ty or Steelseries Siberia

my senn had a very thin cable, but it never broke. senn is a very respectable company and they make excellent audio products - and some of the best headphones at many price points.

plantronics make headphones for offices, and are more about bulk contracts, proprietary adapters and tough build quality.

i would say senn w/o a doubt. having said that, it depends on your budget and a few other factors (such as, which style of cups do you like). the HS800 are very good for the price, and idk if you can get a senn for that much.

Sennheiser is the one I would have bought but seeing the reviews about the thin wire thing made me a little doubtful of my purchase. AAMOF, I do take care of my electronics stuff, but sometimes you know shit happens.

Well then I think I'm gonna go with Sennheiser this time. If I get time I will describe my experience with it here after a week. Thanks community for the guide. :)
