Senior member, Diamond member.....how and what.....

I'm fairly new here....couldn't find anything in the "Help" *cough cough* menu about what defines the "member status"


Member, Junior Member, Senior Member, Diamond Member, Golden, etc....

Is this based on time, number of posts, internal voting system, what?

Just curios, thanks.

Diamond Member: 3001 and up

He did check the help section, Paulson. It was radically redesigned, however, and member statuses were left out after the update. I like the new &quot;Help&quot; layout though.

The help looks like it was designed as an introduction to Fusetalk forums. The help page used to be at least moderatly customized the the Anandtech forums.

Also, Russ' numbers are for the number of posts.

Elite is given to someone when the admin and the mods deside he deserves it. it doesnt have to do with number of posts, just that someone is very nice, didnt say anything bad about the mods, helpful to others, funny, provides accurate information and generaly a great guy. or girl. (congrads to GirlFriday!!!)
