I was walking yesterday, and I noticed an old man walking towards me. He is about 20 ft away from me. All of a sudden he brings his right arm up. at this point I though, well, he must want to ask me a question, so i walked towards him and asked him what he wants.
me: did you need something?
him: to ze riiiite
me: huh?
him: TO THE RIGHT!!!
me: oh. . . .sorry
what the hell man, if you want someone to get out of your way, don't freaking flag them down, most normal people would be more than happy to get out of the way of a senior citizen, his actions of raising his right arm (he didn't even point, it was just up) didn't do what he intended it to do, in fact it made me walk towards him. I completely respect senior citizens and always let them have the right of way, but the ones that feel they should get special treatment because they are elder annoys me. I had a parking lot experience once that was just horrible. Don't get me wrong, seniors deserve a lot, but they don't have to walk around as if they're royalty.
