Sending stuff to my Xbox?

I just got a 108Mbps router and adapter. For some reason my desktop won't send more than a few hundred k a sec. My wireless desktop is showing 108Mbps and signal very good. Shouldn't I be sending at least a few MB a sec or no?

Everything is at default settings.
 
odd I connected the second antenna to my adapter and now its sending 2mb a sec. Wonder why just adding it upped the speed? Is that about what I should expect when uploading to my Xbox?
