Is it possible to send text messages without having to type them on the phone. It takes forever...

Could I type a text file, copy it to a memory card, then load it on my phone?

Straight from the net to another phone?

What do you guys usually do?

Whoa. That is neat. I tested it on my phone and it worked.

Now, what about sending it FROM the phone?? I've got unlimited internet on my phone, I think using the internet to send "text messages' would make more sense.

huh? Why wouldn't you use your phone to send text messages? You can send them from within the phone unless you have an old Sprint phone.

That's retarded. You're going to go through the trouble getting the message on your phone, but then reply to it over the internet on the phone? You might as well call them and use your minutes.

It's amazing what people will go through just to save a little bit of cash.

considering how easy it is to save .10 on each text this way, i don't see what you're complaining about. texts can easily add up to a LOT.

I just send them through AIM. Open a blank IM window. In the "To" box, type +, then a 1, then the number.
