Send message to everyone in domain?

Ive setup on the domain on all PCs so people can receive messages using "msg.exe" I believe it is.

The problem is how do I send a message to every user logged on in the current domain?

I wouldn't like to use third party tools as Ive seen a few but they don't work too well...
