Yes, sir...nasty stuff. Are his injuries/aches and pains military related?

I think most of them are sports injuries. The respiratory stuff may or may not be related to Vietnam. Who the hell knows what those guys on the boats were exposed to. The president has been battling a bad keen due to his running. I wish I could consitetnly run a sub 7 minute mile.

I am pretty sure he did that or is in the process of doing so.

Bwuahahahaha! No kidding. I ran 10 miles easy yesterday (recovery run) at a 10min/mile pace. Just to show you how much you lose in your '50s, I was running 5K around 19 minutes at age 50. My best recent training run at the track was 23:48. I've become slower than a St. Bernard. :)

Yeah, Bush's running is pretty good for his size. He needs to keep his weight down if he wants to keep running and he needs to run on a good treadmill or grass. That job would probably kill most of us anyway. But he should keep running to maintain what little sanity he does have. Or, maybe it's time for Lance Armstrong to come by and show him how to ride a bike, which can often strengthen wayward knee and thigh muscles.
