What do Californians think about her since she could end up on the ballot for governer?

Her successor Gavin Newson has declared. Barring someone better, he has my vote.

Wow that is a really bad choice their. And how either one of them gets more than a few votes is crazy. Damn that state is crazy. Just look at your govenor now.

I disagree about Newsom. What's your objection? I agree about Arnold, we'd be a lot better off had Gray Davis not been recalled.

oh noes a rich person!

If you would have read the article her husband's private investment firm loaded up on more shares about the same time of the contract award. Purchased at $3.77....now at $5.14 due in large part to the government contract. Conflict of interest much? She violated a Senate ethics rule and pleading stupidity/ignorance SHOULDN'T get her off the hook. The ethical rules for Senators/members of the House should be strict so we don't have as many scumbags in Congress.

Actually, term limits would make this type of bullshit almost impossible.
These corrupt politicians who stay in Congress for life are all the same.
Do you ever wonder how most of them end up millionaires after serving 15 to 20 years with the salarys they make?
