Sempron 64 vs. Sempron both Palermo... the diff?

They're both Palermo cores and built upon a 90nm process. The only differences are that Sempron 64 supports the SSE3 instruction set along with (obviously) 64 bit computing.

Bupkus, I agree with you that it's a no brainer with the prices being equal.
