sempron 64 or not

I was checking some socket 754 semprons at a favorite on line retailer and saw that 64 bit enabled semprons are available for about the same price as their non-64 bit versions.

any reason not to go 64?
 
i too was interested in 754 sempron 64's... i believe its the 2600+ 64 and 2800+ 64 have the same clock speed, but the 2800+ has 256k lvl 2 cache instead of 128k on the 2600+. how will that affect the performance of the respective cpu?
