Sempron 3600+ and Cool'n'Quiet?

Has any one had one of these CPUs, its in an AM2 socket.

Has anyone had AMD's Cool'n'Quiet running on one of these?

The reason for the question is that there is an Acer going with one of these CPUs, 512M mem, and a version of linux. The cost is very cheap, and I'm thinking of using it as a NAS box. I had a S939 Sempron machine (3400+) its performance was fine, but the power consumption at idle was high as it would not run Cool'n'Quiet. If this machine will run Cool'n'Quiet the it would be ideal for what I want.

I thought most of the 90nm s754 Semprons or later had Cool 'n' Quiet?

According to this list, the 3600+ does have it enabled.
Semprons w/o CnQ
(if you further click on the CnQ link, all AM2 Semprons 3200+ or higher support CnQ)

Also, this review mentions the AM2 3600+ as having CnQ. It also tests the power consumption, and the 3600+ was the lowest.
