Sempron 3400+ temprerature 26C?

I tried CPU Burn In and it loaded cpu 100% temperature reported was just ~30*C the strange thing is when i touch cpu heatsink its not hot at all.

I actually installed CPU few day's ago can it be because thermal paste is still fresh, i had same with my P4 temperature was lower for week after heatsink installation but then rised up about 10*C.

It's on the low end, but it should be okay. My Athlon64 3000+ runs at 45C, loaded.

I've got a couple of Semprons, a 3400 and a 3100, and Speedfan shows them between 26C - 31C depending on the use. I *think* I've seen 34 once but can't remember which CPU and when.

I am sure that 26C is fine. My 939 3000+ runs at about 28-29C idle and probably 45-48C on full laod (OC CPU as well). I am sure your paste is fine. If the paste would have been improperlly applied your idle temps would be higher, not lower.
