For doctors looking to get the most money from the government, in return for treating Medicare and Medicaid patients, a report just out says some private consultants have a suggestion ? cheat. Congressional auditors revealed Wednesday that they?ve secretly taped seminars for doctors in Washington. What?s taught there? One lesson investigators discovered: If doctors accidentally overbill, they should not report their mistakes, even though the law requires it. Another lesson: Overbill on purpose ? let a nurse do the checkups, but bill for a doctor?s time. NBC?s Pete Williams reports.

No surprises there. Don't worry, though, Hillary Clinton is working on a universal health care plan, with Ted "Double Chivas" Kennedy bringing up the rear.
