Semi transparancy program for cheating at pictionary?

I'd do something like this:

get glass2k to control window transparency: http://www.chime.tv/products/glass2k.shtml .

open the image in a picture viewer or just a browser window or something.

set the transparency for that window and also set the window to be On-Top (there should be a setting in glass2k).

you should now be able to work on whatever window underneath it.
