You can't get cut abs from one of those ab machines (like ab roller, ab rocker etc) :| You can do all the ab exercises until monkeys fly out of your ass........... but they won't show until you lose the surrounding fat.

I've had a one pack for a while (my dream is to get a 6 pack) and it takes a lot of cardio along with ab exercises to get the 'cuts' 😀

absolutely, i think that to myself everytime i see one of those infomercials trying to sell the damn things.

i laugh at the people who get sucked into buying them and then realise they're a waste of money 🙂
