semi budget build for friend

I've been asked by a friend to build something for less than 5000 Dkr (Danish Crowns) since he saw a pre-built: Q6600, 4Gb ram, 640GB HDD, 8600GS, P35 board, 300W, Vista home premium PSU for said amount of money.

He has already bought a HD4850, and he would like an extra videocard to use in his old computer. He's not that much into o/c but an easy o/c of 20% would be fine.

I've put this together for 6000Dkr

Ram: 2x2Gb DDR2 1066Mhz fx Kingston hyperX: 450kr
PSU: Corsair HX520: 700kr
Cabinet: Antec three hundred 450kr

Video: Radeon 2400XT 200kr

Choosing a Q6600 would save 400,
Choosing Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L another 200

where would you choose to cut savings?

What does he use the computer for, and is he planning to overclock?

gaming (WoW) and maybe a little overclock, but I think he'll like to have a Quad and not a dualcore

if he has no real use for a quad then get him an e8400 or e8500. Get the gigabyte board, P45 version tho.
