Selling Tickets, is it legal?

I have an extra Seahawks ticket that i can't get rid of and i was wondering if i sold teh ticket to someone at the same price it was bought at , is it legal?
 
I always thought that reselling any kind of ticket was illegal but on our Ohio State Football tickets it just says that selling tickets on the imediate premise on the day of the event is illegal. So I think it depends
 
its different for every state......like in Cali there no law, but in NY you cant charge over i think its 5% or whatever its too low.


i made some nice money with Cali games. Padres, Lakers etc
