Selling system to a friend - how much is it worth?

Hey guys, I want to sell my PC to a friend and build a new one. I am not sure what to ask as I don't want to rip him off. What do you think is a fair price for this PC? It works good and is stable.

Gateway PC
AMD X3 8450 2.1 GHZ triple core
Gateway mobo
3 gigs ram
1 TB hard drive
Sapphire Radeon HD 4870 512 meg GPU
625 watt Enermax Modu 82 + PSU
DVD/CD burner
14 in 1 media card reader
