Selling some stuff in a garage sale...

Im going to be having a garage sale soon and I was wondering what this stuff should be priced at. All of it is in basically perfect condition.

Netgear RT311 router
Netgear FS308 switch (its a pretty nice switch, steel case and all) 8 ports
3com external SDSL modem
Zoom External 56k Dialup modem
2 ISA Coax/10bt nics
Pioneer VSX-405 receiver

I would ebay this stuff but alot of it is pretty heavy such as the Netgear stuff and receiver and shipping is expensive.

I think most garage sales are just not worth the time and trouble. My neighbors just had a garage sale...they hauled all their crap outside, stood for 10 hours, made about $50 all day, and then had to haul all the crap back inside.

Well theres a neighborhood garage sale already planned coming up. My mom has a bunch of crap shes going to try to sell. So I figured Id try to pawn some of it off.

Try our For Sale/For Trade forum here, you would probably have better luck. Lots of good guys in there.

I'd check http://www.pricewatch.com and take about 30% give or take from that.

Do not sell it at a garage sale unless you want $5 for something when it's really worth $50.

Don't you have a local newspaper with a classifieds ad section? That's cheap and easy.

Also if you have any local monthly computer publications, they usually have a FS/FT section also.

Okay I was able to sort of determine a price for the netgear stuff, but no idea about the receiver or the sdsl modem.

Yeah don't sell the stuff in a yard sale, you'll get people saying stuff like "Hey mom look! This thing is the internet and since it has 8 holes you get 8 phone lines." Definitely FS/FT or eBay it.
