Selling Pics: What percentage of Price should I ask for?

The buyer will purchase the pics from me, and sell them. He'll manage all costs (marketing etc) and will give me a percentage of the price of the images (sale price, not profit).

How much should the percentage be?

100 would be good.

But I'd say at least 60+. He's basically just a broker and they are your photos so you should get the higher percentage.

I know, 100 would be good, but my sixth sense says he wouldn't agree. 😛

Edit: It's not the profit's percentage, it's the sale price which would cover his costs as well.

what you speak of is called revenue share, i'd say offer him 50% rev share and he covers costs, if you have really good stuff that you know he wants then ask for more but 50% is a good starting point
