Selling my iPad, anything to think about that is often missed?

So I'm selling my iPad 4. You might ask why I am making a thread about it and the reason is that I don't typically sell old stuff, because I use my stuff for a long time until the resell value is typically so low it barely covers transportation costs or basically because the tech is so outdated, there is no demand.

Things are different for iPad 4.

I have a few newbie questions.

1. I'm going to delink my iPad from all the major services I use, dropbox etc. But is there anything else that is often missed to think about?

2. How do I "wipe" the iPad of my account?
