selling laptop with oem copy of xp on ebay question

I am planning on selling a laptop of mine on ebay. I recently bought an oem version of xp home with sp2 and installed it on the laptop. its a dell inspiron 7000 if you must know.

can I now sell the laptop and include the xp disk? or is that a no-no?

I no longer have the original dell restore disk. It originally had win 98se on it until I put xp home on it.
