Would this be illegal? Im thinking yeah, because its copyrigted, but on the other hand is free so you can blame the price on shipping. Let me know what you think
 
Depends on your NDA, but I would have to believe that unless it was a public beta, you would be in violation of your NDA. I can tell you that at MS you would be in violation of your NDA. They frown on selling beta software.
 
Depends on if you paid for it in the 1st place... if you paid for it than you bought the rights to that copy, & Should than be able to sell your rights to it..
