Selling an Xbox library, what's a good asking price?

I have the core system, 3 controllers, carrying case and 13 games I'm trying to get rid of. What do you guys think is a good asking price, preferably in Canadian funds. I have an offer for 200$ CDN which is alright, but I'd be getting ripped off a bit.

I'd definitely put that on Ebay. The ones that are systems + games + controllers go for a lot. Just be sure to cram all that info into the title somehow.

Would it be hard to sell for my first auction? I've never used it before, but my Aunt uses it a lot so maybe she could put it up?

$400 sounds rather high, unless all the games are the latest and greatest. I'd say about $350 would be a better estimate.
