selling a PC on ebay

isn't there some way i can provide a properly configured OS (like winXP)
on a pc i sell on ebay uder the condition the buyer provide the proper
registration himself?

I realize the reg. would not be properly installed but thats only a minor issue
to a proper registration holder thats only using one version of that OS.

i hate taking a beating on the price because people thinks it doesn't have windows.

You can find an OEM copy of XP for about $100.
