eeek, 1/4 at ebay..

I buy scrap gold!

Generally speaking, you're going to get scrap on the rings. They're going to be dependent on how much they weigh.

If you paid $100 for it at a jewelry store, the actual gold content is likely in the $20-30 range. Unless the diamonds are 1/2 CT or better - you're looking at $8/point. If they're as small as you say they are, they're worthless from a resale standpoint.

well, i understand that the diamond itself is worthless. since it's freaking small.
but i know for sure that it is white gold.. 24k
i got two for around $300

i will be happy if i get $100 off it or something

I believe if it's 24k then the jewllery store would weigh the rings and pay you the gold price for that day.

if you are not in a hurry for the money... list them in places that are free. include pics.

the fs/t forum here and on other boards.
on the bulletin boards in the supermarket and laundromats.
the classified section of your local penny press.

They have a higher street value than anything. And by street value, you should use them the way they were meant to be used and not worry about getting them back.

24k white gold. lol. How can white gold be 24k when it's not pure?
Pure 24ct gold is too soft to use in jewellery so it is blended with other alloys to firstly make it more durable, but also to change the colour.

White gold is created by mixing pure gold which is yellow with white coloured
alloys such as silver and platinum to lighten the yellow hue and almost bleach the yellow colour.
