Selling a domain.

I have a few domain names and I would like to sell one. I registared the name I want to sell with registerfly.com, If I put the domain up for sale, will the domain name still work until it is sold?


Can I accept and refuse offers?

I would guess that yes is the answer to both questions but I am not sure.
