I have a domain name and a standing offer from an established company.

(I'd rather not post the website name here but will gladly send it via PM)

There are a lot of websites that give you estimates on the value, but they're all over the board... anywhere from $10 to $4,000.

Are there web developer forums, etc. where I could ask and get a reasonably accurate and informed opinion as to whether or not the offer I have is decent?

You should have domain stats with an idea of the number of hits which you can probably correlate to value, but honestly what are you expecting to do - counteroffer? Hopefully you're not just squatting else they'll figure out how to take the domain from you and give you nothing.

Unless your domain has huge traffic my guess is the value is largely intrinsic. Mostly going to be common sense here and basically the domain is worth what they offer.
