Selling a cpu with a warranty

I've sold a cpu over ebay, and I want to make sure if they have problems they can have it RMAed. Does my warranty transfer over to the person who bought it? And do they need a receipt of my purchase of the cpu?
 
They will probably need a reciept to use the warranty.
