My family has this car, a 1954 Chevy Bel Aire, in our garage that we've had for almost a year now, my dad bought it as a project but never worked on it much before, and zero after he had his heart attacks. Now we want to get rid of it.
The problems I see are that 1) it needs to be towed or hauled off on a trailer, and B)it has no title. If I'm remembering correctly, the guy my dad bought it from said the title and other paperwork on the car were destroyed in a fire.
Of course, it's been sitting for almost 40 years so it also needs a restoration and rebuild.
Can I legally sell it on the forum, or would I be better off using local CL or classified ads?
