Sellers of Recycled memory - can anyone help?

Looking for sellers of 30 pin modules SIMM or DIMM, recycled OK too.
BTW, anyone know what manufacturer the initials "NMBS" stand for?
I have some memory chips with the P/N AAA2801J-7, made by NMBS. Can't seem to get a line on them.

I have some 1MB 30 pin simms floating around somewhere. wouldn't be worth the cost of shipping, IMO
