Seller on ebay trying to screw me...

Bought an item off of a pretty big ebay seller. Item came non working. They told me to send it back for a refund. I sent it back they got it and then they quit responding to me. I waited a week and nothing. Yesterday i filed a dispute with Paypal. Today i get an email from ebay statign that they filed a dispute saying i never paid. I filed a counter dispute with ebay as well.

Anything else i can do at the moment. If paypal and ebay dont help i plan on calling the local police but thats a last resort.

Pretty hard to say you didn't pay if paypal has a record of you paying.. That doesn't make much sense.

Be sure to leave negative feedback for them.

I plan on leaving the feedback but im just worried somehow im gonna dicked over. Im talking almost 200 bucks too.

post his auctions? May be some mysterious buyers want to buy a lot of his items, just a may be

Indeed. Foward them a copy of the "payment sent" email and issue a paypal chargeback IMMEDIATELY. Do not cancel it until you have your money or the item.

Use a people search on the address you had to return it to and find out the phone number. Call everyday until someone tells you to stop calling.

If you want to get hardcore, file a police report.
