rml has been here forever and has excellent Heat. I suspect the problem is on your end. You may want to elaborate on the details.

I have a good heat too, Colonel, the guy agreed to sell me the printer and because I was working I aint give it my information. I found out the item was in Ebay and he got a Buy Now. This is not right.

LOL
Your reading and writing skills are right up there with your logic skills.
Let's see: "something doesn't seem right so I'll call out the trader and condemn the entire forum."
That sound about right?

Buyer notified me that he was interested in the printer yesterday.
I gave buyer the paypal info and waited for about one day and no payment was received.
I later found out that I actually had this item listed on eBay (I thought that it was already ended a day ago) and it was sold around 2pm today. I PM buyer that I cannot sell the printer anymore since I have to fulfill the eBay promise as the eBay buyer already paid.
I had never received any payment from colonel and I considered the deal was never a firm deal. (I had 3 people telling me that they are buying my stuff and they never sent payment after we agreed on the deals, and I am never upset about those people. I always consider a deal is a deal when money/trade is being exchanged)
Sorry about this confusion.

I dont have an issue with stuff like this if it is a buy it now and not an auction...Otherwise it is no different then him having the same item up for sale across several different forums...Whomever pays first, gets it. Now when you do this and someone in the forum agrees they better send the money quickly cause he is not about to kill the seller listing at ebay first. Then if the potential (that is what we should call ppl who have made verbal commitments but have not put their money where their mouth is) buyer does not pay quickly and he gets a buy it now payer in ebay he will be obligated to take them in the deal....

I see nothing wrong with it...

I have had a guy once selling one in auction and it had not had a bid yet when I paid for it so he cancelled the listing. You can cancel the listing as long as you have no bids and you are not within a certain time left.

Situations like this are why I have this posted in my FS/FT thread:

No "dibs" on anything ... first one to pay gets the item

This was a case of simple misunderstanding IMO & the fact that the printer happened to have been sold on E-Bay should be a none-issue... if the OP had paid promptly things would be different.
