I have a customer that bought a 56 black ink cartridge. He claims that everytime he turns on his printer it prints a self-test automatically and he dislikes it because it uses up ink. Can replacing an ink cartridge cause this, or is it some setting in his printer? He doesn't have it connected to a pc. He mostly uses it as a copier. Anyone know a resolution.
