Self imposed vacation for myself?

Starting tomorrow I'd like to go on vacation until the end of the year. Once Jan 1, 2007 gets here I'd like to be able to post again and I'd like to acquire a different user name. Can this be done?

I'm asking because I'm spending too much time here and it's quite addicting. So I figure if I was forced on vacation I'd actually frequent Anandtech much less.

So today/tonight will be it until next year. 🙁

Change the e-mail address to a fake account, then click on reset password, then clear browser cookies? That should do it a bit more tactfully.
 
Even if the mods locked your account... there is nothing to stop you from registering another one if you really felt the urge to be here.

Discipline is the only way.
