Selection of am3 motherboard

Hi everyone this is indrashis
I am going to build a new pc soon with an AMD P2 945 and 1GB ATI 5770 GDDR5 GPU and 2GB DDR3 RAM ...
I'm a little confused about the motherboards.....
Can anyone tell me how is this board Gigabyte MA74GMT-S2..
Also what is the difference b/w these boards below

Gigabyte GA-MA785GMT-US2H
 
The only difference that I see gigabyte's website is the
GA-MA785GMT-UD2H and the GA-MA785GMT-US2H are the same except the UD2H supports Dolby Home Theater on the sound card.

The GA-MA785GPMT-UD2H also supports the Dolby Home Theater on the sound card as well as has a 128mb dedicated ram for the integrated graphics.

But seeing as you are going to use a 5770 then i would not bother with the MA785GPMT-UD2 unless it is the same price as the other 2
