Selecting RAM for AM2 build

Hey guys..

The only computers I've built to date have been Socket 939 systems... I'm not too up on AM2 or the DDR2 RAM they can use. If I put together an AM2 system, what do I need to know about picking out RAM?

Thanks!

For one you want to make sure that the memory you pick, meets the minimum requirement for the motherboard.

For example, DDR 667 memory won't run at 667 on a 533 supported motherboard. You would need a motherboard with a 667 minimum requirement.
