So find a site that ships internationally. I wouldn't recommend the HP MX704 monitor. The dot pitch is too high in my opinion. It's .28 for the HP MX704. While, as you can see the others have .20
The dot pitch is how close the pixels are together. If it's a really high dot ptich then you can see the grill in between the pixels much more easily.
I would consider .28 acceptable, but if you're looking for a "good" monitor then I would stick with the one that is at least .22.
Don't ask which monitor is good, just find one. Look for a low dot pitch, and make sure it's capable of high refresh rate (that's the 85hz thing) at a high resolution. But if you're going to buy a monitor that can do 85hz at 1280x1024, and then not even use it at 1280x1024 then obviously don't bother.
