Selecting default connection

My windows XP machine connects to the internet using dial up which is shared using ICS. I would like to know if I can select my wireless LAN as the default connection while the dial up cnnection is connected and is being used my other computers on the network using a wired NIC.

Also, does Windows 2003 have the option of turning DHCP off and allowing clients to connect to the internet using the dial up on it? I may be able to get a cheap version of Win2K3 here in Pakistan.

Also do dial-up routers exist???

This is what my network currently looks like. I want to be able to use all connections on all computer (by changing client settings as neccassary).I want to leave one of the routers as DHCP so as the default connection is one of the cable connections. However my dial up connection has faster browsing while my cable connections downlaod at 60KB/s from https, ftps. and P2Ps ...

I would like to change as little of the hardware as I much. Note that only one PC connected to the 2nd WRT gets decent latency from it. Thats the computer that will be connected to Dial up all the time.
