Selecting best 1 GB PC3200

What would be the best 1GB PC3200 RAM to get with a RAM budget of ~$175. I'm looking to overclock my A64 3200 Winchester to about 2.6 gHz if possible, so this RAM should be able overclock well.

^ I'm with him. Except, I'm thinking of getting a 3000+.

Did you mean 2x512 or 1x1024? You should get two sticks for a S939 (dual channel).

For some cheap TCCD (good overclocking RAM chips), try and save up a little bit more; I don't know of any for those prices off-hand (other than Corsair/Mushkin value RAM for $140, which you don't want if you plan to run 1:1 at any overclock past 220). You may be able to obtain some good stuff for $200-$225, though (Patriot/PDP, G.skill; I've actually seen a pair of Patriot sticks at PC3200 2-3-2-5 for $183 at Newegg, though these particular ones aren't the TCCD you're looking for... my idiot brain found that out a few minutes ago).

If you had meant a single DIMM, you can probably afford a value DIMM at PC3200 CL3. Big modules like that are a little harder to overclock, from what I've heard.

For that price I can't think of any memory with huge ocing potential. This is the cheapest bets overlclocking memory I know of. Uses TCCD chips, just you need another $50 to your budget.

I meant 2x512. It looks like I'll have to increase my budget for RAM. To think my original budget for this build was 700, it's getting almost twice that now. Oh well, I can afford it, I just don't like spending large amounts of money.

You don't have to; I think there was a thread a while ago in the CPU/OC forum about whether or not a RAM divider killed performance. Dig that up for some more insight if you want to avoid spending so much.
