Select games @ KMart B&M 60% off (YMMV?)

While going to the local Big KMart to find the controllers mentioned in this thread (I failed), I found a bin of games marked 60% off, including:

Psi-Ops (PS2, $7.99)
Harry Potter and the Prizoner of Azkaban (PS2, $7.99)
Dot Hack Vol. 3 (PS2, $11.99)
Mafia (PS2, $11.99)
Silent Hill 2 (PS2)
Silent Hill 3 (PS2)
Megaman X3 (GBA, $11.99)
Texas Hold 'Em (GBA)
Bomberman Jetters (GCN)
Manhunt (XBox)

This is not a complete list, only the ones I remember. There was a total of about 30 titles on sale, most of which were PS2 and XBox games. All seemed to be between $8 and $12.

Can anyone confirm this, or is this store specific?

I was just at the Hacienda Heights K-Mart and picked up Suikoden 3 for 12.99
