Seinnheiser MX400

These headphones any good?

They seem to be the same ones that come with iRivers (I already have my own headphones)... I was wondering if these were any good at all? I've seen varying reviews.

I've heard they're pretty nice, but maybe you should look into the mx500s? those might have better bass.

Right now I already have headphones... it's just that the MX400 seems to be the same ones as the ones that come with my iRivers just rebadged (they even have a sennheiser mark on them)... and I just wanted to know where they stood against other headphones.
