I've had a NF7-S for a few months and now I have been having some strange slowdowns.
In particular I noticed that if I play and close a video file the program closes but the audio plays for a second and at that time the system including the mouse slows down and jumps.
This sometimes happens with opened windows but is rare.
I recently updated the BIOS from v 21 to the latest 24 mostly as I did have problems with the keyboard and mouse stops responding (even though I use PS/2) which this BIOS is supposed to fix.
This BIOS reset my settings and enabled SATA raid and Fire wire which I never enabled before.
I use the latest drivers and I changed my other BIOS settings to normal.
Could the SATA and fire wire be causing bus problems as I am also using the onboard audio or could this be caused by some other BIOS or system setting I might have missed, or is his a bug with the 3.4 BIOS?
The good news is that my mouse and keyboard never stop responding, at least not indefinitely when it slows.
Thanks
