Hopefully they won't pull an HBO and gouge us on each season because they know some fans are that rabid.

Also, the best way to determine if a DVD is pirated or not is if it's Reigon 0. I don't think there's many mainstream, legitimate, Reigon 0 releases. (But I could be wrong)
