Sega emulation being a pain in the ass

Can't get any Sega CD games playing with music. Sound effects are there just not music. I tried making an img file from the CD and mounting it and launched it from there, but still nothing. Also Gens is stuck in IDLE mode for some reason and I can't load up any games. Tried Kega Fusion also but that was full of problems as well. Having no luck with sega emulation 🙁 - I think it's probably because I'm in Vista 64 bit. Any idears?

IIRC, Sega CD ISOs only contain the game data but not the music. You have to create a folder, rip the audio tracks to MP3, and then place the ISO and MP3s in that folder. Then it should work.
