Seen Cowboys & Aliens

Soon the sequel "Indian's vs Aliens. Calvary vs Aliens. Nuns vs Aliens. And the grand finale, Tea Baggers vs Aliens.

Aliens vs Marines vs Predator vs Cowboys vs. Johnny Depp lizard vs 1000 tanks vs Bruce Lee vs MMA fighter

OP has the movie title right, "Cowboys & Aliens." There's no "vs." in it.

Just curious, do any of the rest of you get the allusion and understand why? 😉

I ain't seen it yet.
Heered it was pretty good, though.
Son-In-Law seed it last night, says it's MEH.

(Not a grammer Nazi!)

please share. are you referring to the graphic novel it was based on?
or BC&SK?

no idea really...

Nah, not the novel. Focus on the use of "&" as opposed to "vs", why that choice was deliberately made, and what that choice could possibly be alluding to.

That in the end it's not necessarily a fight between cowboys and aliens? Maybe there are multiple factions of aliens, maybe some of the humans are in cahoots with the aliens, hell, maybe the aliens are just some technologically advanced humans.

There's probably a better way to word all that but it's the best I can come up with right now

Nope, not it. Interesting take, though. 😉

I hope this is still attached to Harry Potter at the local drive-in next week.

Same combination here. (else Zookeeper & Capt. America) Wife has to work the night shift tonight, so I think I'll just go to the drive-in for dinner and a couple of movies. 🙂

Rotten Tomatoes is only reporting 69% of the public liked it though... 🙁
